My wife and I are very happy to have synergy as my parents care takers. We both work and dont have time to tend to their needs, but I must say they are well taken care of. I talk with them everyday and they haven't had any complaints. We even visited them a few times and met with some of the care takers. Everybody was very professional and had a positive attitude.
Synergy Homecare has been a blessing to have looking after my mother. They have kept me informed with all changes going on with mom, this helps me feel better since I don't live close by. They also have an interactive online calender which allows me to see who has been at my moms house and how long.
