Synergy has been amazing! My parents couldn’t be in better hands, not living near by but knowing a team like Synergy Longmont are around gives me peace of mind. I can not say enough positive things about Synergy. They have been a godsend for my family. From small tasks, to helping a bit with anything. The stress relief from finally bringing in someone to take some of my burden is immeasurable. I wish I would have called earlier. If you are thinking that you could use help, or help taking care of your loved one, don't make my mistake and try to do everything yourself. I was really happy with the professionalism and care that I found here at Synergy. Finding in-home care for my loved one was a really intimidating experience at first, but I Felt a lot of relief and can trust the care team, and admin staff!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment due to the pervasive issue of smoking. The owners were smoking directly outside the entrance. Creating an unpleasant and unhealthy environment for customers, as the smoke drifts inside every time the door opens. As someone sensitive to smoke, I found it difficult and left didn’t even try going in. It was even more disappointing hearing the things coming out of the gentleman mouth.
