Synergy and the San Clemente team, including Teresa, did an amazing job of looking after my Mom after her move down to Laguna Woods, before she transitioned in to assisted living. Mom built a great relationship with the caregivers, including Daisy and Felicia, and Teresa and the team were always available to take calls, answer questions, and just generally be present, caring, and compassionate. Highly recommend them if you're looking for great quality care for a loved one.
Synergy provided great attentive care when I needed it after a recent surgery. Would highly recommend them if you are needing in home assistance!
Synergy HomeCare is a great company and highly recommended! The Synergy team works together to provide the best care for the clients. The office staff is very hands-on in dealing with clients and their families while coordinating the best caregiver for the client needs. Communication between all parties is excellent! Synergy creates a positive work environment and makes the caregiver feel just as important as the client. Great company!
Synergy took amazing care of my mom at her home. My mom was married 55 years to my dad who unexpectedly passed away. My mom has some cognitive deficits and dementia and was no longer able to drive. Synergy came in several hours per week and drove my mom to the grocery store, doctors appointments, shopping, did her laundry and helped her cook meals.
