The worst I have ever used. This company left my 95 year old retired Navy nurse Mother who is in a wheel chair with no care three times. We were unable to get anyone to even answer the phone. The caregiver couldn’t even reach a contact person in the office to let them know she wasn't able to work. Imagine a patient who could make that call. My sister and I are both nurses. I've been working with Synergy Homecare for going on four months now, and I can honestly say it's been a pleasure being employed with such a professional business. I have come to learn a lot about this line of work through the online training programs I've had to complete to be able to meet the standards of a caregiver for Synergy Homecare. You can never go wrong with Synergy Home Care for you loved ones. The caregivers here are the best of the best and are high qualified. They work with any schedule you may want for your loved ones. Never had bad service and will always recommend this company to anybody who needs a little hand.
I've worked with Casey Potter since he started his ownership with Synergy. He is dedicated to provide excellence in his services, not only in the caregivers he employs but also with his response and immediate action to his clients. He has a transportation deal that is Hands-down a value in itself for you or your loved one coming home from the hospital or needing help going with a caregiver to the Drs. office. If you are looking for an in-home care company, I highly recommend Synergy Home Care.
