Dr. Thomas is an amazing Dr and I am disappointed to have to write this review but his front desk staff is absolutely unresponsive and doesn't answer the phone, i literally called 30 times in a row to see how long it would take to get someone on the phone and still havent gotten through, this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional way for a doctors office to conduct business. I understand there are a lot of calls coming through but really? 30 calls and no one picks up? Thats just insane, hope this is something that ca... read more
Dr Maxwell Thomas - I've been waiting for 4 weeks for test results, dr was no show at virtual apt. Pharmacy cannot get a hold of dr for prescription renewal approval. This office is a mess, unless you like chasing a dr skip this office
My GP works out of this office and I haven't had as good a relationship with my physician in my entire life. Best medical care I have ever received, responsive, will spend 15 minutes or more talking with you to understand how you are and what you need are.
Dr. Thomas is an excellent Doctor very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. They have an excellent staff. Very happy to have found him.
