Not a good experience at all! My appointment time was at 1:45 - I didn't get called back until 3:00, then waited another 15 minutes for the Dr. to come in - only to be told 1. He was surprised I didn't walk out! 2. I should have waited until I had my MRI and 3. he prescribed a medicine that I "would receive tomorrow" - which never happened! and after waiting for that long to see the Dr., he spent 5 minutes tops with me. I was in so much pain by the time the Dr. came in, I would have been better off not even going! After all ... read more

Great experience, Dr was very informative and staff was very friendly
I had appointment with Dr Kassa yesterday and was very professional, reasonable waiting time and always willing to listen about my health care needs. I highly recommend him as a physician. He answered my questions regarding his treatment plan which included my medication.
