Very lovely ladies that work here
Feedback to management which needs improvement. The salon is not transparent. No price lists in view for customers. Only tea/drink menus. Asked for a haircut & dry off. Was shocked by the price! $97.00 just for that! Was told it was a ‘re-style’ after phoning the salon later. Asked how much they charge for just a trim…$85.00! Crazy! Please be transparent to customers so they don’t leave disappointed.
Most amazing kind and generous ladies , I’ve ever met…. My car broke down and I went into the salon … they were to kind. Offered me tea, biscuits etc. until the tow man came… Thank you x
I had the keratin treatment at synergy Melbourne. When leaving the salon my hair was straight and frizz free and I was advised that I could wash it after 72hours. When I washed my hair for the first time, and dried my hair using hair dryer (heat activated keratin) my hair was curly and bushy. Imagine blow drying curly hair with no brush and the volume just got out of hand. I’ve had keratin treatments many times before which has left my hair smooth, straight and shiny for 3-5 months.
