Similar to other negative comments, I received a cryotherapy hair smoothing treatment (approx $500). Despite following the recommended after care (sulfate free products), no exposure to salt water or chlorine and also only washing my hair 1-2 times a week, my hair remained a frizzy as pre-treatment. Having received 10+ similar treatments, I know results can vary but I also most definitely know when it has not worked. I honestly couldn't recommend this salon more highly! I'm probably their most indecisive client… I walk in almost every appointment with absolutely no idea what I want. Somehow, they always know exactly what will suit me, and I leave every single time feeling so happy, confident, and loving my hair. The team is incredibly talented, friendly, and makes the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.
