I just went for my first time and I would highly recommend this to any of my friends with anxiety, depression, body aches and pains. It was such a good experience, I will be back for more sessions.
I’m so glad I went to float with my husband. It was a new experience and for sure it’s worth the time and the price. If you go for the first time go for 1 hour since it is better. My husband and I are already planning our next appointment.
This place is amazing! My wife made the appointment and it was an amazing experience. My wife and i took our time and the 1 hr float was worth it. We will definitely go back for 30min soon. Cris was very knowledgeable and professional with the small tour and after the float.

Synergy floating is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing way to recenter yourself and detox your skin. I desperately needed healing from painful, angry eczema and Synergy helped. The pod is my favorite—a very nurturing experience. After your float, there is ample space in each room for showering and changing, plus down the hall there’s a quiet spot for enjoying a cup of tea. I love this place. I go for the floats and I prefer the cabin room but they have 3 rooms to choose from. the staff is always helpful and friendly. I finally joined as a monthly member and I'm excited to float every month.
