I would give 0 stars if I could. Nothing but misinformation and deceit from these people. Stay away at all costs. I joined for the location, equipment, and emptiness, but all of that is outweighed by how bad the mgmt team is and how much they will try to screw you over. The new manager is scamming customers who want to resign their contracts, after you sign the letter this new manager at the Astoria location will add you 1 month of charge plus the yearly membership fee. I can't believe they are scamming customers who were with them years, this is a crime!!
