Alan New is the best financial advisor I've ever had. He is kind, caring, and excellent at his job. He is there for me whenever I have a question, and he has kept my portfolio of funds conservative as I requested. There is no one better than Alan to handle your finances. The supporting staff at Synergy Financial Group is also excellent; in particular, Julie Lewis. Your financial needs will be well handled here.
When we had an issue with our insurance company our agent, Thad, said he would look into the issue and follow up with me. He never followed up as promised. Everything was good until we needed his help, then we did not get any help.
