I usually get someone to come out to check out my problem. They are usually really good, but I have called 3 times because my AC is making noise but all I got was the answer machine and not a call back. Also a couple of weeks ago I had trouble with my hot water heater. This time I had to call SDG&E because Synergy never called back.
Great company y to work for.
