Worst stay I have had in a while. No check in instructions sent to me. I had to call their after hours service to figure out where to get the keys, then figure out how to get into the apartment. Once in, all the instruction were laid out on the desk. What sense does that make?! Inside the apartment are carpet stains, an orange segment on the floor that my toddler almost ate, broken window coverings and AC that doesn’t work.
