I have been in the hospital and missed several appointments with Dr. Z. Him and the girls have been very patient and helpful getting back in the system. I feel so much better after seeing him!
As a recent client of Dr. Zimmer I have to say I’m impressed with his knowledge, but the full scope of techniques, practices and tools that he implements. I’ve personally experienced and watch other patients, quickly recover from injuries with his work. The office is also efficient with your time and make it easy to schedule with work.
I am writing this to warn others based on my extremely disappointing and physically damaging experience. I originally sought treatment here for upper back pain, but after spending $1,400 and following the recommended treatment plan exactly as prescribed, my condition did not improve—it regressed significantly. My experience with Dr. Zimmer and his staff has been incredibly positive! The entire office is very friendly and caring. I feel confident in the care I receive from Dr. Zimmer. I appreciate that everything is explained up front, including cost and timeframe. All of the staff are willing to answer any questions. Dr. Zimmer connects and explains each part of the plan of care and the end goal. Finally, and most importantly, I am noticing significant improvements.
