Unfortunately, the front desk is extremely rude, especially one particular person. I booked an appointment for an adjustment/message 5 weeks prior to my appt. When I got there the day of the appt., they gave me the adjustment and then told me I was not scheduled for a message. I told them I came in 5 weeks ago and made the appt., and I was even told before I left that since I am new and will be doing both the adj. and message I will be here for a couple of hours.
