I love attending classes at Synergy. Why it is awesome for me is the kindness and positivity shown to me. The upbeat nature of the instructors and the positive reinforcement as you work out makes all the difference. I can not recommend it enough and I recommend it to anyone and everyone!
Synergy is just what the community of Hibbing needed! A place where all levels of fitness can can come together! Personally, I attended the mom bod class, barre and strong class because those are my fitness preferences but there are so many other options. All the instructors are well trained, and can adapt to all fitness levels. I highly recommend!
