Had Synergy Air LLC earlier this month due to my air conditioner not functioning at all. After the technician looked into the issue, he stated that the compressor had broken down. Upon hearing this, my wife and I decided to replace the a/c unit with a new Trane model. They offered me a price over $1,000 less than the next competing bid. A few weeks back I had a problem with my a/c unit. I called a few places and got a few estimates from the bigger companies in the area, but I wasn't satisfied, so I called Synergy Air and spoke to Kevin (owner). He took the time to discuss my options and give me his opinions when I asked for them. I set an appointment for them to come out and Kevin came out on a saturday morning and tested my unit. The technician was waiting for us when we got home and went right to work. He was very pleasant and polite. I feel like he was completely honest when he told me what the problem was. I would trust this company for any problems we encounter in the future.
Very Prompt and efficient service. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and checked my system out from top to bottom. I was very impressed. I would definitely call them again.
