Pretty disgusted with this place right now. It has been my experience that appointments and schedules mean nothing to staff. First intake visit went pretty much as expected but levels were not low enough to qualify due to previous treatments. Scheduled a second appointment. Second appointment was booked by staff as a 15 minute appointment. It took nearly an hour and a half to complete. The entire staff is great! Wonderful people to work with!
Visited for HRT consult. Decided on a course of treatment and paid money for a prescription to be filled at their special pharmacy. Two weeks later and nothing was received. Contacted the clinic and was told medicine was on back order and they had no idea when it would be filled. It would have been nice if they’d notified me of that instead of charging me for something they couldn’t deliver. Won’t be back.
Good clinic - nice staff - been going here about 18 months. But writing this review today to call out a specific Med Asst - Yazmin. She has been my MA on many occasions over my tenure at the clinic, and she as been unwaveringly pleasant in demeanor and professional efficiency. The quality and performance of your staff is really what makes or breaks your patient experience - in Yazmin you have a strong team member and brand ambassador. Thank you!
