When they say they give you 250 for sending a new person to them it never happens it just a real unorganized place to I'm no happy 🤢
Visited for HRT consult. Decided on a course of treatment and paid money for a prescription to be filled at their special pharmacy. Two weeks later and nothing was received. Contacted the clinic and was told medicine was on back order and they had no idea when it would be filled. It would have been nice if they’d notified me of that instead of charging me for something they couldn’t deliver. Won’t be back.
Terrible company, bad business practices. Avoid at all costs they do not care for their patients properly. Every single month I have call on my prescription to get filled and never get a call back from customer service
Good clinic - nice staff - been going here about 18 months. But writing this review today to call out a specific Med Asst - Yazmin. She has been my MA on many occasions over my tenure at the clinic, and she as been unwaveringly pleasant in demeanor and professional efficiency. The quality and performance of your staff is really what makes or breaks your patient experience - in Yazmin you have a strong team member and brand ambassador. Thank you!
