I’ve been seeking treatment at SenergenX since 2025. It is disappointing to write this negative review. I won’t nitpick the areas of improvement and lack of communication, but what I will point out is the money grab!!! Yes the Money grab!!! I went in for my weekly $170.00 treatment a few weeks ago, which I pay for in cash no insurance. I filled out the kiosk check-in and boom I’m told I owe a bunch of money. This is my second time visiting, and unfortunately the reception staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful. They seem bothered by basic questions and are not friendly at all. During my first visit, the staff was busy on their phones and completely unwilling to explain the check-in/check-out process. As a first-time guest, I was left to figure everything out on my own so they could continue using their cellphones. I went there during the Covid crisis. Three minutes after 1 p.m. Website said they were open. I was told they were closed for lunch. Come back in an hour. 3-4 employees in lobby, not practicing social distancing, just chatting. The PA sprawled in chairs in front of TV, busy with his cell phone. As a patient with insurance willing to come for a visit and pay full price, I was told to return when more convenient for the staff. Clearly no one "needs" any of the services these places provide. Nurse Adriann at the galeria clinic definitely made my day better when she told me about self injections.
I’ve been a patient at SynergenX for many years and always request Emily P. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Emily goes above and beyond to make each visit comfortable and effective. The whole team is great, but Emily truly sets the bar. Highly recommend!
