First Appointment went well hopefully follow ups and meds go smoothly and office visit fees…copay went through fine so I am happy. If you are joining to get access to weightloss meds than you should ask about your testosterone levels men and women because I have been on GLP 1 and lost alot and also nothing without Testosterone HRT. I can't give anymore stars than two simply because I have not received product yet they said there's a back order of semiglutide of two weeks so I'm waiting. The tests were fast and pleasant. The receptionist was nice the PA was nice, so no problem there. I paid upfront and was told it takes two weeks but I'll update after the two weeks mark. UPDATE it's been 3 weeks no medication. All the staff members are very friendly. Unfortunately, they only prescribe testosterone and I’m looking for clomid. I was surprised how busy the waiting room was but they get you in and out quick.
The staff is nice and facility is clean but I have been given the run around for a few weeks now. I was told a prescription would arrive in 2 weeks. Its now going on 4 weeks and not one email, text or call from them. Every time I call I get told the same response that a shipment has not come in. I paid for the meds in advance as they required. Something seems wrong like maybe my script was mishandled. I do not know what else to do other than warn others.
