I recently bought a Power Rack with Cable Crossover from Synergee and I am so happy with the product. Initially, there was a mix up with one of the boxes sent, but the customer service was incredible and the issue was fixed right away! The machine arrived in its original, factory-sealed packaging, with all original packing materials intact. Nothing was opened, modified, or altered prior to assembly. The missing black inserts were supposed to be pre-installed from the factory, as confirmed by your own manual and parts diagram. Customer service responded, Labeling this as a “second-hand item” to avoid responsibility. This does not change the facts. Very friendly owner, chatted with him about my needs. Was skeptical because of poor reviews, but they were all during covid which we know was a difficult time for businesses. Keep up the good work.
