This company preys on students. They’re always looking out for what’s financially better for them, even if it completely screws you over. They assume students won’t know their rights, and they take full advantage of that. Their only priority is money and they have zero flexibility,even if you’ve been with them for years. Students: read your contract carefully and educate yourself on your rights as a tenant! !!Don’t let them intimidate, pressure you or take advantage of your young age. I rented an apartment from synercapital. The management team was very fast and helpful on service calls. As opposed to my previous living place, this building is very clean and comfortable. The landlord always goes above and beyond to address my concerns. I definitely would recommend. Thank you synercapital!

I lived in this student building near uOttawa and had a great experience overall. The location was perfect, literally just a short walk to campus, which made getting to class super convenient. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the place was always kept really clean. Any time I had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of really quickly, which I appreciated a lot. Honestly, it made student living a lot less stressful, I’d recommend synercaptial to anyone looking.
