Do NOT rent here! Have lived here for the last 7 years. Has been a disaster. The building SHOULD be nice. It SHOULD be a great place to live downtown. But the management company is only looking out for its own interests and doesn't have any concern for the renters/owners in the building. There was a rooftop fire, that we suspect a management company employee was responsible for, back in November 2023.
