This is a racially bias company. They over work you and take advantage of you. The union rep does not represent everyone equally on the job. I was threatened by another employee that was a white male and when I reported it I was the one to get fired even though I was not the aggressor. Everyone on the job gets high on some type of drugs while on duty. I found out that several of the managers on site are active drug users. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Today was my first day on the job working with the car frames everyone said I was doing good and when it was time to leave I said by. Robert said bye as well see you tomorrow well I just got a call that Ive been fired and I don't know what for.
