I will actively avoid anything owned by them ever my next search for a place to live. It’s very clear they hire lazy people that don’t do their due diligence. They don’t care about the tenants, just talk out the side of their mouth. Always pay my rent early. Paid on the 31st and their property manager sent me an email sending me into a panic about my rent being late on the 7th then charged me for renters insurance when my insurance does not expire until august. They only hire thieves - only stay on their properties if you want to be treated like you don’t matter. They just take your money and disregard you
I have lived at Maddison Hall for over two years now. We had no issues with previous management. The new management instead of dealing with issues, decides to penalize all tenants at her joy. In December we got a paper stuck to our door saying we don’t have assigned parking. For two years I had assigned parking. I bring that up and she sends someone out and spray painted all of the spaces black. This community never has had enough parking and now you get home after a hard days work and can’t park anywhere near your apartment... read more
I reside at trails at bethabera this place has gone downhill in the past few years I've been here for 13 years it started getting bad when synco properties took over I would not recomend anyone
I've been at this community summit view for 3 years... Ever since the previous apt mgr ms Sheree left the new mgr has sucked, I've been having pipe issues ever since November of last year which has now cause issues to my dishwasher that is currently broken and leaking badly that I have to manually drain myself when a mop bucket so I'm consistently bending to drain it mind you I have Lupus by the way.. nd have issues with my joints...
