If you’re reading these reviews to decide whether or not to come to this therapy office, I’ll be honest with you. I’ve been going here for about a year and a half, and it’s been one of the biggest blessings in my life. Staff is better and more helpful. More kind and don’t act like they hate their lives, since one particular employee has left the clinic seems to be more helpful and better tuned to actually help people.
My granddaughter received testing at this office to diagnose her ADHD. I read the reviews beforehand and was dismayed at the level of importance put on furniture or office fixings. None such things actually matter. The office staff are friendly and Angela impressed me by knowing my name by the third visit, and may have even by the second. My granddaughter's clinician was a student, but she helped our little girl open up and by midway through testing she was all smiles to see her. I wish I could recall her name.
At my ripe at of 78, I've seen a lot of therapists, and often feel like I spend more time in an office than I do at home with all my doctors visits and appointments. The therapists I've seen here are kind, patient, and they really understand me. They helped me through the passing of my wife, and I don't know where I would be without them. I have been assigned a couple of students, but finally landed with a full-time hire. I might ask to be transferred anyway. Keeps the mind young.
Prior to COVID, we had been making appointments every other week with no problem for over 2 years. I was late to 1 appointment despite making an attempt to let the front end know that I'm on my way while stuck in traffic with the 198 being backed up from an accident. I had been coming from Hanford for well over 2 years and hadn't been late or missed a single appointment until that day and was immediately taken off their scheduled appointments.
