100% believe the bad reviews. This place was sent a referral from Dr over 6 months ago. Went to 2 appointments then for over a month and half..... crickets. Didn't finish what they started and I'm left in the wind dealing with starting process all over
Believe the bad reviews. I wasted so much time going to this place. Their customer service is terrible as well, unclear communication and I had surprise charges from them. I tried my best to ensure everything was clear and took the time to follow their instructions. Just go somewhere else, I was very patient and tried working with them for many months but I wasn't going to let it drag for a year.
If I had to say one thing about this so-called “professional” place, it would be that it’s nothing more than a bad joke. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I have been waiting for more than a year—literally over twelve months—without a proper response, only to be told at the end of this long wait: “We’re sorry, but we will not be able to provide the service you require due to lack of staff.” The issue is not simply their lack of capacity; the real problem is the irreparable time they have forced me to lose. I’ve been going here for about a year and a half, and it’s been one of the biggest blessings in my life. Staff is better and more helpful. More kind and don’t act like they hate their lives, since one particular employee has left the clinic seems to be more helpful and better tuned to actually help people.
