I would love to give them zero stars. This financial institution is ridiculous. I went in to buy a bed today and was going to finance through this financial company synchrony. They turned me down even though I had an 800 credit score. These people are a joke you take your credit and you shove it where the son don’t shine I will never ever buy anything that has to do with this bank.

Among the worst financial institutions when it comes to digital experience. Have literally never been able to just open the app or site and login. Constantly getting errors and the UI/UX is atrocious.
