Horrible company. They mislead with vague promotional wording and customer service is horrible. We used them to purchase flooring for our basement on a 12 month no interest promotion. We had met our minimum every month and never missed a payment then was charged with $3000 of interest all at once when the 12 months was up. I would love to give them zero stars. This financial institution is ridiculous. I went in to buy a bed today and was going to finance through this financial company synchrony. They turned me down even though I had an 800 credit score. These people are a joke you take your credit and you shove it where the son don’t shine I will never ever buy anything that has to do with this bank.
