Worst customer service ever & they mismanaged my name and SSN, and didn't even correct it after numerous calls. Synchrony is the worst bank to ever exist, literally online banks pose better options and better customer service. Change the name/word to Offshore Banking because "Synchrony" is so misleading as theres no Synchrony of proper management how banking should be. Worst banking experience ever, trouble paying account online NO DEBIT card option confusion customer service was Atrocious closed acct. After them failing to be specific NO notice of none payment until 2 weeks after due date just a terrible experience. A representative was understanding and helpful
Beware of synchrony.... You better run away ... This company is very dishonest and will cause you meant problems. You were warned.... Stay away
