Sychrony Bank/Amazon, very difficult to do business with. I contacted Amazon/Sychrony in March 2025 to dispute a charge, AND cancel the Amazon card issued by Sychrony. I hung up from the conversation, satisfied that I had accomplished getting the issue resolved, and card/account closed.
