Horrible! I had a Synchrony Verizon Visa Card that I just closed bc of the horrendous service. I literally used it for everything to take advantage of the rewards. My wife (authorized user) decided to switch from an IPhone to a new android phone. Then she tried to add the card to Google pay. Mistake! This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. We went to try to cash my husband check first off let’s start with. They wanted to look at us like we didn’t even belong in there. Second off they were making it seem as if we were trying act like somethings wrong with the check, then ended up counting the money in front of him Then turning around and saying, oh, we can’t give you this. Synchrony has terrible customer service and harmful practices toward their customers. They are inflexible and offer no recourse even if they make an error. Absolutely awful experience with them!!

Have tried to close my account so many times I can't keep track. They just never close it. Very frustrating. Not a quality company.
