We have had many great experiences with Sync Technology Integration! Gary, Chris, Blake and the rest of the team are always awesome to work with. They handle all of my alarm needs and are super quick to respond anytime I need help. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and provides great customer service. They also recommended a new subwoofer for my home theater. The music has never sounded better! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable security, monitoring, surveillance and home technology services.
Edited: Changing my review to 4 stars after I got a hold of somebody through the number on Facebook and they put me on the schedule right away. Poor communication as of lately. We had such an easy time early on and right now we are having a big issue and no one is answering despite numerous attempts to contact them over the last several weeks.

These guys are terrible. They don't answer their phones, they don't return calls or messages, and even when you eventually speak to them, they blow you off after promising to get a job done. Estridge built our house and used these clowns to wire it, and now Sync is refusing to install features that are pre-wired. They won't even give us the wiring diagram so we can do it ourselves. Sync Technology SUCKS. Do not work with them.
