Originally had problems with one of the sales reps. After getting in contact with Gary our issues were resolved in a timely fashion and the quality of products/installation was great.
Couldn’t be happier with our home theater system that these guys installed. The process was smooth, quick and well worth the money!
Chris always goes above and beyond for us. We will never ask anyone else for help when it comes to TV/audio support!
It appears that the only 1-star review is from a non customer. I’ve been very pleased by all the work done by the men at Sync over the years!
