These guys are terrible. They don't answer their phones, they don't return calls or messages, and even when you eventually speak to them, they blow you off after promising to get a job done. Estridge built our house and used these clowns to wire it, and now Sync is refusing to install features that are pre-wired. They won't even give us the wiring diagram so we can do it ourselves. Sync Technology SUCKS. Do not work with them.
Poor communication. I called their office several times in early May during normal business hours with no answer. After that, I emailed a req on their website and finally got a reply from their employee G.J. via email. 3 follow up emails to him and have yet to get a reply (Mid May).
Sync was fantastic in helping me set up my smart home and work with me in partnering on a strategy that met my technology needs. They were helpful and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
Originally had problems with one of the sales reps. After getting in contact with Gary our issues were resolved in a timely fashion and the quality of products/installation was great.
Couldn’t be happier with our home theater system that these guys installed. The process was smooth, quick and well worth the money!
