I have lived at Villas at Sienna for over 2 years. January of 2026, the ceiling/roof began to leak when it rained. I put in maintenance request and the request was closed and no repairs were made. The leak remained unaddressed for MONTHS. In late June early July 2026, our area had heavy rain and the leak was constant. The leak got to the point it was a constant bead of water at all times during the rain. We would make maintenance request that would just be closed out. I can't say I had a fantastic experience living in the actual apartment complex in Sienna for a multitude of reasons. However, I can say that the assistance provided by my point of contact at corporate, George Johnson was of an absolutely excellent standard. He maintained an exceedingly high level of professionalism, helpfulness and proficiency. Cheers and thanks George!
