TVs were removed from lounge. No cushions on patio hallways and garage has garbage 3/7 days horrible management
Updated review from a year ago. Previously had an issue with a resident with a plug in hybrid hogging 1 of the 2 charging spots all the time. Nothing was ever done about it, but the tenant has since moved. They recently upgraded the EV chargers and they now cost $0.40/kWh. It was previously free and the charging was much slower. Had an issue with the limitations on the number of guests you can have at the pool and having to sign a document agreeing to that. It wasn't mentioned until I was signing the lease. Update: My first review was from 11 months ago where the maintenance man came and did a great job in my unit. But now that my lease is almost up, I want to share my appreciation to the leasing staff! Zaria is so wonderful, knowledgeable, welcoming and understanding! There must have been a seamless change in management because they’ve always been very attentive and accommodating, but there are a few new faces that fit right in!
