I spent the last two weeks with my son & his fiancée that live in this complex. 1st of all very nice , overall tidy community. Everyone I met at the pool area (when it was open) was very nice including I am guessing the manager. 2nd What has me concerned is security gate being broken and not fixed in a timely manner. I get it some people don’t care if something is broken. Cameras should be able to detect who is behind breaking them and the complex should make them pay. if you love forgotten promises and dodging spiders in the breezeway. rent will go up 5% for no reason. pay the amenity fees to not be able to use the pool, after the office closes the parties start,. light switches are crocked and you have 2 cabnits in the kitchen that hit each other so both unusable,,,,, this is the perfect place for you!!!! enjoy living with dog poop everywhere and kids riding the tennis net like a horse so cancel that out lol nope do not recommend
The community is always clean, well-kept, and feels safe. I also appreciate the regular communication from the office, whether it’s updates on community events, weather alerts, or friendly reminders—it shows they care. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with a team that truly cares, I can’t recommend SYNC at Vinings enough. They’re doing a great job, and it shows in every detail."
This is a great community ! I absolutely love the Matinence. Reggie & Louie is my favs. They are great and gets things done.
Been living here with my girl for two years. Had several work orders not complete but Reggie the new supervisor finally fixed everything thats been sitting for a long time. introduced himself let us know to let him know if we have anymore problems. good service good communication.
