Great management team led by Chad! They are always friendly, professional, and responsive. The staff (Chad, Brittany and Ashanti) go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and satisfied. Any maintenance requests I have submitted were addressed promptly, often within the same day. (Thanks to Luis and colleagues). I lived at SYNC at Vinings for 2 years, and I can honestly say this has been one of the worst management experiences I’ve ever had. The property has had multiple fatal incidents during my time here, yet management never communicates the truth about what happens. Instead, they dismiss concerns and claim the community is “safe” while refusing to share details. From drownings in the pool to violent crimes, residents are left in the dark.
