Moving to the area in a few months and reach out to SYNC for more information. I spoke with Property Manager Hilary and she answered all my questions and provided a list of restaurants and activites in the area. Extremely professional and a joy to speak with.
I would have gave them that zero if they had it. I would advised anybody to not rent any Apartments over here. The security is terrible I had my truck broken in several times. And my rims and tire stolen. Do not waste your money.
Where should I start with this terrible complex and the management of it. DON'T move here! I lived here for 3 years, and it just kept getting worse. Also, for the person moving into the unit 2209 the upstairs neighbor flooded their apartment which in turn flooded my unit so expect mold in the near future. The complex took no measures to make sure that there was no lingering water or moisture just did the landlord special of painting over it after the week of them doing nothing.
