I find that certain standards declined over the past years. The gardens are not well maintained anymore. The employees are courteous and maintenance does a great job.
UPDATE August 11th, 2025 Maintenance here is great. Those guys are amazing. I'm dissatisfied with how long our AC took to get fixed, but it seems like this is an upper management level issue. This is not to the fault of anyone at the leasing office or anyone in maintenance. It took a while to get sorted but truly everyone was understanding and kind. Been living here for a year and a half and everything has been really good so far, Paul one of the employees has always been super nice and his hospitality is perfect. Everyone else has been super friendly in the front. Maintenance has been super quick (usually a day or two) and super kind as well.
We recently moved out and truly had a great experience living here. Our apartment was beautiful and the area was perfect. We left as they were renovating so I can imagine the apartments are probably even nicer! They were very quick to respond to any questions/issues/maintenance requests. Our apartment felt private and we never really heard any noise from neighboring apartments which is a plus. I visited this apartment complex today to inquire about leasing, and I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. The staff member I spoke to didn't greet me properly or offer any helpful information. As a potential resident, I expected at least basic courtesy and assistance. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can't imagine the experience once you're living there.
