I recently visited a friend who lives at this property, and I was honestly shocked by the condition of the community. For a property that advertises itself as luxury living, it was anything but. The first thing I noticed was the amount of trash throughout the property. There was litter around the stairwells and common areas, and the overall grounds did not appear to be well maintained. I recently moved in, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The staff made the entire process—from paperwork to move-in—so simple and stress-free. Everyone in the office has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with friendly neighbors. It truly feels like home already. I had to move out because of the mold. It went on for years. Maintenance said it was dirt (in the vents) It was not dirt! I even sent them a mold test. and if it was dirt, why didn't they bother to clean it? If that wasn't bad enough the AC never worked right. I had to make the main room freezing cold just so the bedroom would be cool. I was always messaging maintenance Mold, AC, Mold AC. Bottom line. they don't care about the tenants

Overall, we have enjoyed living in this community. The amenities are great, especially the pool and gym. The property is generally very quiet, well maintained, and offers a nice environment for families. The pool and gym can get crowded at times due to the number of residents, but it’s nice to have those amenities available. Our biggest concern is resident safety.
