constant harassment calls every other day...never done business with them but they still call ....avoid
So far Synapse health has been a total nightmare to deal with. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for my order for cpap supplies to ship. They also bill me for my Oxygen concentrator and my portable oxygen concentrator. The billing department is also a nightmare. I am currently awaiting a call back from them because they charged my bank account twice for the same bill. Them taking over from Adapt in managing my DME needs was supposed to make things easier. My question is “easier for who?” Beware!
My father has went without food for his feedings several times. 😢
Poor handling of receiving faxes and shipping product. A total waste of my time.
To start off, I had to give a 1 Star rating because it won't let me actually rate this company a ( 0 ) ZERO... The customer service people on the phone are pleasant enough, but nothing seems to happen unless you hound them to get your orders processed. After several reorders of CPAP supplies, I tried ordering add'l supplies. Thought the order was placed and being processed. I just called - 2 weeks later - looking for my supplies, only to find that the order is still being "processed". No follow-up from Synapse, and no notice... read more
