I have switched DME companies since it was difficult working with Synapse Health. They have no automatic refills which other companies have in place. I’ve kindly asked Synapse Health to stop calling me on two different occasions told him that I’m no longer getting service with thembut I still get calls.
Dealing with this company is a nightmare. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Total incompetence , misinformation . I don’t know why they were put in charge . Apria Health is a much better organization and distributor of durable medical supplies. This seems to be a redundant approach to distribution. It makes me wonder, . Who is getting rich off this scam,?? Certainly not saving anyone money. Sorry Laura Hilton
Send me the wrong tubing and then wanted to charge me for that wrong tubing because I didn’t check within 14 days that it was the incorrect tubing. They sent you the tubing and other supplies on their schedule and you may not need to use it until three months later. So why would you get it out and check it long before then?
I won't give them 1 star. Worst co. I have ever dealt with. Same invoice month after month for joining on one year for equipment I had for 1 week and returned. Received money back last month for over charges and received another bill today. Thank you UHC. Fir forcing me to do business with them.
Received multiple calls from this number and I do NOT have any DME. Customer service Representative couldn’t find my info in their system. Advised them to stop calling and harassing me because I do NOT have any DME!
