Never heard of this place. Not consistent with anything. I was put here from UHC will be hunting for other insurance to get away from this
If I could give a -5, I would. Just spent 55 minutes on the phone with them trying to place an order that should have taken 5 minutes. Why United Healthcare changed to this company, I do not understand because it sure wasn't based on good customer service. Maybe there should have been some training before forcing all of their insured to use Synapse. The agent (April) was clueless and kept repeating herself over and over, and I had to give her the same information over and over and over. What a waste of my time! Google should... read more
Customer service is terrible. No one speaks English as their first language. You can’t understand them. They call you out of the blue asking if you need any help at least once a week and read off of a script. When you ask them for info, they say to call back to ask for a different department. Not helpful.
Hey UHC check out these reviews. And notice the “cut and paste” responses from Synapse Health. If UHC is curious, or not curious for that matter, I have already asked my Medicare agent to cancel my current plan and put me with a provider that does not use Synapse. Fool me once, your fault.
As others, this company deserves a -1. This is the most ineptly run ordering process I have ever experienced. United Healthcare needs to have their head examined on this one. I am an Insulin Dependent Diabetic and needed my Insulin Pump supplies, they are needed, they are my lifeline. Between phone calls, supposedly contacting my doctors office, sending different forms to my doctor, prescriptions being faxed, to this company telling me they don’t know what I’m talking about, saying it takes up to 36 hours to receive a fax, c... read more
