I have tried to get diabetes sensors they claimed was sent but we never received. This company is so hard to work with getting supplies ordered
I have tried for 6 weeks to get my supplies for my CPAP machine and still don't have them. Can't even be sure they were ordered. Have talked to several people and they say the order is being processed. Today when I called I was told that the order was never put it. Worse service ever!!!!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have taken over DME orders for my Medicare plan. They were not prepared. Completely incompetent. I am now down to my last 9 days of my CGM, and they still show no receipt of the Dr's offices communication of the RX and the notes. All you get is a foreign company saying I'm sorry, we cannot help you until the Dr's office sends it. They have sent it 11 times in 8 days. No help. Won't send 1 G7 just to get me through. Nothing.
