Excellent training in this job before you start, however, the hours of work can be terrible,gaps in between clients which means hanging around a lot to go to visits, more than 29 minute gap means you don't get mileage going to that client,so in theory if you work all day that's 4 visits you go to that mileage isn't paid to start with.
