I called looking for information and guidance, I wanted to have an addition built on to our home. When I called and spoke to the man that answered the phone, the attitude from the onset was one of abruptness and arrogance. I'm a psychologist, not a contractor, so I had a reasonable number of questions. I was made to feel unintelligent and like I was a bother. DO NOT USE this company! I've had to spend thousands of $$$$$ to fix their botched remodel! They were a week late, Kris, the estimator, smelled of marijuana and alcohol on the jobsite a week into the job. The remodel was done incorrectly and I had water pouring into my house where the addition was attached! It has cost me an incredible amount of time and money to get it fixed. When I contacted Symphony S, they denied any wrongdoing!

Called up these folks thinking they were top notch. First of all, the guy who I set up an appointment with to give me an estimate never showed. So, I tried again and he came out to the house, but I found him abrupt and rude. They never did respond back to me for the estimate. If they didn't want my business, this was the way to go about it.

We love this company. In April of 2017, we contracted with Kris/Symphony Structures to draw up plans and build a new porch on our home. The entire project took just a couple of weeks. Kris and all of the workers for Symphony were extremely prompt, professional, courteous & efficient. They took down the existing porch in an incredibly organized and skillful fashion, and they built a brand new beautiful porch that was within our budget and exactly on schedule.
