My cousin and I booked head spa treatments here. The treatment itself had some enjoyable parts, and I’ve had several head spa experiences before so I was looking forward to this one. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed. Our hair was still very wet and tangled when the service finished. With the weather being around -20°C, it was extremely uncomfortable (and honestly concerning) to leave that way. I do not recommend! I went for a trial prior to my wedding and nothing was what I asked for. They took the side of makeup artist vs the Client that looked ridiculous. I was heartbroken, devastated and for the owners not to even offer gift certificate or partial refund is very unprofessional. I dont want to share a picture since its my face but the foundation didn't match my skin tone had blush under my cheeks ( I never wear blush) the eyes were nothing to the picture I showed her.
