The receptionist, Ulli, made me experience a very enjoyable one :) She presents as personable, professional, compassionate and hard working. She listened to my questions and information, responded with knowledge and respect, and even engaged in enjoyable conversation briefly. This is exactly the kind of customer service that will have me choosing one establishment over another. I greatly appreciate the sense of community and care that Ulli exemplifies :)
The service was very nice
I came here for an eyebrow threading. The atmosphere was beautiful, and I was offered water or tea before my appointment. However, I had a horrible experience during my appointment. I told my technician to keep as much of my eyebrows as possible (I have naturally thin eyebrows) and to just clean up around them. Throughout the appointment, the clinician made off-putting comments. These comments included mentioning how thin my eyebrows were, how uneven they were, and how red my skin became once she started threading. She even ... read more
