Unprofessional people my friend just booked a appointment there to do the hair. She took a day off from her work. They refuse to do that because they are busy. So ungrateful people don’t ever go their. I highly recommend go somewhere else. Don’t waste ur time and money their.
Worse service got by them.
Had my first spa visit here about a year ago (facial) and would not return. Unprofessional and awkward. I exited the room with product (mask) still on my face as it was not effectively taken off. It was very noticable around my nose, eyebrows & hairline. I walked by employees and talked to the lady at the desk before leaving. It wasnt until I got in my car that I realized why I was being looked at funny, and went home to rewash my face. Waste of time and money. Wish I had taken a photo, but it was embarrassing.
From the minute you arrive at reception you receive a great warm and attentive service. The make up by Jess was fantastic. She has a great attention to detail. Which made my look great which in turn made me feel great. Overall a great experience and I will be back
