UPDATE - Between here and my review on the Parklane website close to 6,000 people have read the review so I wanted to provide and update. As of 10/25 The New York State Division of Human Rights has found Probable Cause of Discrimination against me and a hearing is being scheduled. Symphony Property Management has no care for the tenants of Parklane and no care for the property itself. Unit renovations are very nicely done, leasing team including Tracy and Ty were above and beyond helpful during our apartment search. Highly recommend!
The people working for them in Erie PA are the least helpful humans I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I signed my lease renewal in December and they just realized last week after being bothered for months that they never filed their end of the prior lease properly. Now they're refusing to do their jobs and are telling me "corporate" (Symphony Management) is saying I should be punished for Kayla and Amy doing their jobs poorly. Unacceptable. I have been fighting their lie for almost a year now. They sent a false amount to Rent Recovery Solutions to me up my husband and my credit. This has been hell to correct even though I got proof that the property manager at Amherst Gardens Tracy Dollas which is a habitual liar any tenant in the complex will tell you that. So now I'm forced to obtain a lawyer so Symphony management I'm coming for you and you can thank Tracy Dollas for being a liar
