Been one year since living here and my experience here has been awesome. I’m never renew a lease in Cincinnati due to the bad landlords but this place is really worth the renewal. Not only is the place affordable, but the tenants are really good at reaching out to people about getting information to you. I lived in an apartment owned by Symphony Property/Eber Development for a total of 1 year and 3 months from 2021-2022. Though I have never missed a payment, I was asked to move out because: 1. I ask for too much 2. I have people living in the property that are not on the lease 3.
