Absolutely flawless experience! If I could give Symphony of Health in Crowfoot six stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. From the second I walked through the door, the reception staff set the bar incredibly high. They were super friendly, greeted me with genuine smiles, and helped me right away. I am changing my cardiologist and was referred to Dr. Benjamali. The clinic said they rejected the referral because I had my tests done earlier with total cardiology. Their policy says they will not accept a patient if they have tested in other clinic for 10 years. The more you try to explain the more they keep repeating themselves that it’s their policy. Unable to reason with them.
Such great service! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and made me feel less nervous being there. They were also very efficient and I was never waiting more than a few minutes for my appointments!
This was my third cardio visit in my lifetime, the other two with other companies. My experience up until now was difficult and painful. Symphony, however, did a wonderful job handling all aspects of this appointment. The ultrasound was excellent, the needles were done Professionally, the treadmill experience itself was much improved, and the injections and scanning were first class.
