I had my mom their during COVID-19 for physical therapy due to her heart attack and knee surgery Mom had to be in a wheelchair. Of coarse couldn't see my mom due to COVID-19. So I was unable to see moms room or conditions, but I would call Mom everyday and their were several issues that happened. First of all they didn't give my Mom a shower for over a week and when I called Friday afternoon they said she missed her scheduled bath day Thursday that she was going to have to wait until Monday.
