Loved the homes. Loved the views of the mountains.
We built with Symphony Homes and overall we love our home. They have a great home customization process and fantastic design center. We really enjoyed all the people we worked with there. Also, we really like that they have bigger lots in this community. The negatives to building with Symphony Homes were a price increase at the last minute (it was during COVID when lumber prices went up) and they still haven't figured out how to backfill trenches around the property correctly so we had to spend a lot of time and money fixing... read more
Beautiful homes, but as time goes on in this neighborhood, the entire neighborhood sees more and more problems with the way Symphony and their contractors are doing work. Countless homes in the neighborhood are seeing enormous problems due to terrible compaction, especially where utility trenches were dug to get utilities from the street to the foundations.
