the worst built home I have ever seen warranty is not what they claim to be they blew me off till it was up and the it really fell apart and cost me 350,000 in rebuild from a toilet water line
I tried to get them to fix concrete steps, walks and garage leaks for over a year. They caulked twice but wouldn’t replace - never did fix or even look at the garage leak. The other builders bin Beacon Pointe replaced bad concrete at no charge.
