Updated Review 4/13/2026: Symphony Homes has been very responsive to the neighborhood concerns about the use of the 4 lots that they sold to North Davis Prep Academy in Layton's Amber Field's subdivision. I appreciated their response to my original review and even more have appreciated the professional way they have listened to concerns of the neighbors and acted to help alleviate them. I am extremely disappointed in Symphony Homes. We built a home in the back of the neighborhood to have a quiet private neighborhood for our kids to grow up. They recently bought the land next to our neighborhood - it was all mapped out for residential homes and looked great. They quietly and underhandedly sold 4 adjoining lots to the NDPA jr high (a charter school) for them to divert their traffic through our small quiet neighborhood from hill field.
