I am extremely disappointed in Symphony Homes. We built a home in the back of the neighborhood to have a quiet private neighborhood for our kids to grow up. They recently bought the land next to our neighborhood - it was all mapped out for residential homes and looked great. They quietly and underhandedly sold 4 adjoining lots to the NDPA jr high (a charter school) for them to divert their traffic through our small quiet neighborhood from hill field. I thought it would be helpful for those looking to purchase in this neighborhood to make note that Symphony Homes sold the 4 most northern lots to North Davis Preparatory Academy. NDPA has been asked by neighbors not to have an access gate of any kind. NDPA has not agreed to this request. I would not want to buy a home in Amber Field's without knowing this information. I would have a more favorable review of Symphony Homes if they had been more upfront about this transaction and if they would work with NDPA to prevent an acc... read more
