Everyone who works there is so nice. I was greeted with smiles (pun intended) every time. They were accommodating when I told them about certain days I preferred and genuinely cared when providing help. Thank you to the dentists and the staff!
Went for new client basic cleaning. Private pay. Normal teeth clean but needed normal tartar removed. Paid for 1st visit cleaning and consult and full X-rays. Got minor cleaning consult pushing gum tool and sleep guard and X-rays. Told I needed to come back for 2nd cleaning in a month. Came back for 2nd cleaning and they tried to charge me for cleaning and consult, I got consult removed. i came to symphony dental after having a bad experience with another dentist in the city. Dr. Young was understanding, kind, and an extremely pleasant person to talk to. he took the time to go over all of my concerns with me, and the hygienist was great too. i'll be returning :D
