The nicest staff and cleanest SNF! They even have a Starbucks!
They take amazing care of their patients.
I am extremely disappointed with the care my grandmother received at this home. She was left without anyone checking on her, and she went almost five hours without being given food until one of our loved ones came to check on her. This is completely unacceptable, especially when you are trusting a care facility to make sure your loved one is safe, cared for, and having their basic needs met.Our family should not have to worry about whether someone is checking on her or making sure she has eaten. Posted 08/01/2026 My grandma didn’t even last a full day here , she was sent here yesterday evening to “ get extra help “ on walking . She has Dementia and she cannot eat , talk or walk on her own .. she was not fed changed or checked on , she was left in the dark with no tv on , spoke to the nurse before coming about her morning routine she said my grandma was fed changed she ate and had her pills , I arrived none of that was true she was in the same clothes from the hospital , she was WET and the bed had a pee stain , she ... read more
