The Pearl Oswego is A Clean + Pleasant + Calm Facility To Visit. The Staff is Calm + Professional + Attentive + They Answered ALL Of My Questions.
Very friendly as soon as you walk in. Front desk is informative and ask you if you need help finding a room. Ratio patient to pct is unfortunately 15-20: 1 so if too many patients need help at the same time there is a long wait. There are a lot of activities and overall everyone is very friendly and helpful. PT is encouraging as my aunt needs core strength and leg strength and will be going home soon. Thanks Tillers for your help
If I could give no stars I would. The staff in admissions (Meghan)is absolutely HORRIBLE RUDE they refuse to return calls. I have been trying for months to get my mother in and finally I was able to. I was beyond happy only to find out they only have beds for a male. I guess if it was for my father they would only have a bed for a woman They only want “certain”people in there.
This was my first time visiting a family member here. Everything looked very clean. Employees were very nice, attentive, and welcoming. My family member has struggled to do day to day activities and the first day (today) he was so happy to be able to do these things with the facilities equipment. He even said this is what I needed. His first day went very well for him being here.
