I was a little skeptical at first being my first time going to Symone.... But when she was finished I was very satisfied. And her people skills is very professional , she's nice and cool . And she made me feel welcome. I will be back most definitely. And I also appreciated the fact that she went the extra steps she took to do my hair.
Symone has done my hair twice and I have been completely satisfied each time. The very first time I met her was when she helped me untangle a loc. She took me on the spot for the emergency and had it untangled in 10 minutes. Some salons won’t do that for a complete stranger, and she did. The two times I had my hair done was a loc style and a retie. I was going on a cruise and wanted a cute and classy updo.
