My first point of contact was Andres Perez, the New Home Specialist, who showed me a D. R. Horton new construction TownHouse. BUYER BEWARE- I purchased a home in the Symmetry Community. There was a major water leak that caused the water company to alert us. When I attempted to resolve the matter with DR Horton they said that the issue was “undiagnosed” and could not resolve the matter. My water bill was hundreds of dollars in overages and costs. Instead of sending me a check for the water bill overages, they send a waiver and release for this undiagnosed water issue and told me to sign it to get a check. First time homebuyer and Andres was so awesome! He walked us through everything we needed to know about the house, showed us all the cool features, and was very transparent about the whole process. He stayed in constant communication throughout the close, answered all our questions in a timely manner, and if he didn’t know he would direct us to the right people. Seriously made the whole experience so easy and painless!
Andres really helped us with the purchase of our new home. His service was amazing and he was very responsive and timely with all of his assistance. I cannot recommend him enough!!! I would give him 10 stars if I could.
