Wanted to make an appointment for today and the associate said they were booked, but instead of asking if I wanted another day she just hung up with me mid sentence. I guess Symmetry Hair Designs doesnt want new customers. Reply: That's fine. I tried another salon and they must not have Spectrum because I was in their store 30 min ltr with a great haircut. Very happy! Normally I wouldnt dignify your reply, but excuses instead of committing to improve your business? Sad.

The atmosphere at Symmetry Hair Salon is very nice, and they have clearly put a lot of effort into the decor. During my appointment, Gabriela was hospitable, offering me a Coke and later water, which I appreciated. However, in my opinion, I would prefer that the same level of effort put into the decor be directed toward delivering exactly what the customer asks for.
